Clinical Supervision
You deserve supervision that is compassionate, kind, challenging, and applicable to your clinical work and desires for growth.
I partner with my supervisees to create a working relationship based on trust and respect from which clinical skills can be nurtured, strengthened, and fully realized. We create your supervision goals together, work as a team to get you to a place where you can confidently practice within your appropriate scope of knowledge, and strengthen your internal skills to protect you from the very real occupational hazards of burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma.
My supervision is backed by 13 years in the field of human and social services, 8 years of clinical social work experience, and 6 years as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My areas of clinical focus include:
Individual, family, and group psychotherapy in outpatient settings
LGBTQIA+ affirming psychotherapy
Neurodivergent affirming psychotherapy
Trauma-informed psychotherapy informed by DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, AAT, and creative expression modalities (including SoulCollage®)
Animal Assisted Therapy
Social and Racial Justice
Nature Based Therapy
Body Positivity
Sex Positivity
My bachelor’s degree in education informs all of my work with clients and supervisees and is enhanced by a deeper understanding of diverse learning styles. My experience creating and presenting continuing education trainings for clinical social workers has infused my supervision skills with knowledge and perspective specific to those starting their clinical career.
If you think we could be a good fit for clinical supervision, please outreach to me using the following form so we can schedule a time to talk about your needs.
